关闭Mysql 的Strict Mode
修改my.cnf
将sql-mode中的STRICT_TRANS_TABLES去掉
保存，然后重启Mysql，再次安装
注意：若安装WHMCS后未设置域名，并且连续三次登录失败，再打开后台则会跳转到1and1.com
